    Yes.

Cameras are acceptable in schools, as there is no expectation of privacy. Typically, signs will be posted somewhere.

In a bathroom or changing room, privacy is expected. Therefore, unless there are clear signs to indicate otherwise, cameras are not allowed.

Even with signs, it would not be acceptable to have cameras in a changing room without some very specific provisions, such as that the material could only be viewed by a woman, that no tapes be kept, and so forth.

It depends on the laws of your jurisdiction, but quite frankly I think it is wrong and probably illegal. Photographs of nude or undressing girls (or video) is indeed child pornography and is highly inappropriate. If there is a problem in the dressing rooms, then an adult of the appropriate gender needs to be in there with the kids, not a camera.

If your school is doing this you should get an attorney. Your parents should complain LOUDLY to everyone – the newspaper, the mayor, the school, the school board, etc.

Um depends on which County and State.

It should be. I hope it would cause an outrage if it ever occurred
